This fantastic feast is happening at Marcus Samuelsson’s latest and greatest restaurant, Metropolis, located in downtown Manhattan. Speaking of Chef Samuelsson, he’ll be one of your hosts for this very edible evening. The star chef, a regular face on food TV shows, and the award-winning restaurateur and chef of the Red Rooster in Harlem and Hav & Mar on the west side of Manhattan, will be joined by Ed Tinoco, who rocketed into the chef stratosphere at NEXT, the Michelin-starred avant-garde Chicago eatery.

This dream team of chefs is rounded out by Rocco DiSpirito, your third chef-host of the evening. If you’ve seen any food-related TV shows in the last 20 years, you’ll recognize Chef Rocco DiSpirito, a beloved mainstay of the American dining scene, particularly in New York City, and one of the first celebrity chefs when he was the star of the hit reality show “The Restaurant” two decades ago.
