Hav & Mar, a culinary gem in West Chelsea led by superstar Chef Marcus Samuelsson, has been captivating food enthusiasts since its grand opening in late 2022. What sets Hav & Mar apart is its exceptional Executive Chef, Fariyal Abdullahi, who orchestrates a symphony of flavors that elevate every dish to culinary excellence.
Join Ethiopian-born Chef Fariyal Abdullahi along with Mary Attea and Camari Mick of the Michelin-starred Musket Room, as they collaborate to create a brunch experience that pushes the boundaries of taste and creativity.
On the menu, guests will find Ham and Cheese Gougère, Ayib with Macerated Fig, Salmon (with potato pancake, slow poached egg, furikake) and Arabica Pot de Crème (with teff crumble, charred honey gelato). Plus a specialty cocktail, 'Almost Rich, Almost Famous' made with Mezcal, hibiscus, Aperol, Amaro and lemon.
This dynamic trio will bring a fusion of culinary styles, blending cultures, techniques and ingredients from around the world, that will resulting in a brunch at Hav & Mar that is nothing short of spectacular and utterly unforgettable.
